Refund policy
Not loving your item? Good news is you have 10 days to return your full-priced items. A store credit will be issued for all returns. We do not issue refunds. After 10 days, we can no longer issue any store credit.
In-Store and Online Returns:
Items purchased in-store cannot be returned via website.
Conditions for Returning an Item(s):
- Merchandise must arrive at our location within 10 days.
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also have a proof of purchase.
- Your item(s) must also be in the original packaging (tags attached).
A store credit will be issued for all returns.
How do I return my item(s)?
- Please email us at hi@kandcogoods.com to notify us that you would like to return an item.
- Pack up your items, and drop them in the mail or return instore.
Store Credit Processing:
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an emailed E-Gift Card within 1-5 business days of the delivery of your return. The E-Gift Card will be sent to the email linked to you account.
Damages/Defective:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
